Hake from the oven-recipe
I calculated this recipe for two persons, so you multiply the ingredients according to the number of people.
1 lbd. hake fillet
spices by choice (rosemary, salt)
1 tsp. mustard
lemon juice from half a lemon
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup each:
Mix all the ingredients and spoon it over the hake fillets.
Let it rest for a short time, or until the oven heats to 430◦F.
Mix all the vegetables.
Put one layer of vegetables on the bottom if the casserole, then put hake fillets and one more layer of vegetables on the top.
Serve it with some arragula and radishes.
Pour half a glass of water over the fish and vegetables and bake it in the heated oven for about 25 minutes.
Put some foil or a lid on the top of the casserole so the hake does not dry.
This easy to make, healthy and cheap meal will really make you cook with a smile, and you will always ask for more, so maybe it would not be a bad idea to double the ingredients, as this meal can also be tasty the day after.
